Legion Front

A base-building real-time strategy experiment inspired by classic 1990s RTS games. Deploy your construction vehicle, power a base, mine ore, and break an enemy army that builds its own base and attacks in waves. The olive army is yours. The black-and-red Legion is the computer.

Mouse and keyboard. Phones and tablets cannot box-select units or place buildings. Sound starts after the first click inside the battlefield, which is a browser rule.

THE MATCH

Pick a map seed and a difficulty on the start menu, then deploy the MCV. Power plants keep the base running. Harvesters haul ore to the refinery for credits. Barracks and the war factory train the army. Tanks aim their turrets on their own.

The map is large and starts under fog of war. The Legion builds a base of its own and sends attack waves. On harder settings those waves come sooner and the opponent spends more.
