  • Take the High Ground: In third-person shooters, the player on top has a massive advantage. Practice building "90s" (turning 90 degrees while placing walls and a ramp) rapidly to elevate yourself above your opponent.
  • Box Fighting: If you are taking heavy damage, box yourself in with four walls and a roof. Heal up, and wait for the enemy to approach. When they try to break your wall, edit it to create an opening, blast them with your shotgun, and quickly reset the edit.
  • Right-Hand Peek: Because the camera looks over your character's right shoulder, peeking around the right side of a wall exposes much less of your body than peeking left. Abuse this mechanic!
  • Pre-Aiming: Keep your crosshair at head-level where you expect the enemy to appear. Don't stare at the floor while running.
